Please join me for a lively discussion with serial entrepreneur Aaron Walls. Aaron is a fascinating and prolific inventor. We'll brew a doppelbock using his BEERMKR, but also his experience with Kickstarter where he raised over $398K from just over 1,000 backers.
It's an appliance that enables you to brew craft beer on your kitchen countertop. And best of all, it only takes minutes to initiate your brewing and the machine does everything from there. If you're familiar with the bread machines, this is quite similar. It seems to be the first true "lights out" brewing device and I'm looking forward to putting it through its paces.

Aaron Walls:
Aaron Walls is co-founder and CEO of BrewJacket. BrewJacket has numerous products for the home brewing and craft brewing industries including Immersion Pro, a solid-state fermentation temperature control system for 3-8 gallon fermenters, and BEERMKR, an automated countertop brewing device that can achieve grain to glass brews in 7-14 days.
Aaron began homebrewing in 2005 in Atlanta, GA. After struggling with fermentation temperatures in the hot Atlanta summers, he began working on what would become the BrewJacket Immersion. He attended Cornell University from 2012-14 where he met the talented engineers Matthew Goff and Evgeniy Tkachenko with whom he'd form the BrewJacket company. After graduating with an MBA, he moved to Boulder Colorado to launch BrewJacket. After 7 years and multiple successful Kickstarter's, BrewJacket has sold tens of thousands of brewing products to avid brewers in over 30 countries across the world.
