Sarah Pastula:
Sarah Pastula started working for Cabot Creamery as a tour guide while in college. Over her last seven years with the creamery, she has become manager of the Visitor Center located in Cabot, Vermont, and has recently transitioned to managing the Cabot store location in Waterbury, Vermont. During this time, she has developed and fostered a love and appreciation for all things cheese and its accouterments. She enjoys the conversation that is cheese and relishes in the range of opportunity it can present when you pair something unexpected with your favorite cheese!
