Ballet and Sound Meditation

Please join myself and my collaborator, Paula of Sound Light Journey for an hour-long experiment in moving meditation that is rooted in the principals of classical ballet and accompanied live by Advanced Alchemy Crystal Tones Singing Bowls.
This course elongates and examines ballet exercises and is accessible to humans with no dance experience to professionals who want to explore their inner world while in a familiar physical form.
To prepare for your Ballet and Sound Meditation session, dress in comfortable clothing, socks or ballet slippers and find a sturdy object to act as a ballet barre for most classes. To enhance the meditation aspect of the class, create a sacred space for yourself by burning sage or lighting a candle.
The Harvard Medical School said in its latest health guideline that, “yoga, meditation and controlled breathing are recommended to address anxiety issues related to the novel coronavirus that has now spread fast across America."
