By Show Must Go Online

(run-time 60 minutes)
An evening of queer youth voices with Dreams of Hope will consist of staged readings of multiple short plays and performance pieces, written by LGBTQIA+ young people. The pieces will be read by theatriQ Youth Ensemble members.
Performances by Akira Ormes Strong, Breydon Prioleau, Eli Dorsey, Emanule Cargile, Esai Aliquo Varela, Phoenix Thomas and Sam Richardson, with original music by Ivan Del Mar.
theatriQ: is Dreams of Hope's performance ensemble. (ages 13-21) The ensemble works with professional artists to create original work addressing LGBTQA+ themes. They engage and educate audiences through performances and hands-on workshops. Each year, Dreams of Hope launches an original production created and performed by its theatriQ Youth Ensemble.
The Show Must Go On(line) is made possible thanks to generous support from the Benter Foundation, The Heinz Endowments, the Juliet Lea Hillman Simonds Foundation, the Opportunity Fund, The Pittsburgh Foundation, and an Anonymous Foundation.
