About Speaker: George Bell is a writer who has spent the last few years asking one question: what does a healthier version of masculinity look like? He’s a co-founder of JACK, a global publication for men, and the author of the upcoming book Be a Man About It (2026), endorsed by Stephen Fry.

Daniel Glyde — Burnout, Stress, and the Nervous System Trap

About Speaker: Daniel Glyde is a peak performance coach and the founder of Positive Masculinity, an online community for men. After years in high-pressure television at BBC Sport, he now helps men rebuild clarity, resilience, and purpose without sacrificing themselves in the process.

Christian Chalfont — Handling Male Emotion & Brotherhood in Practice

About Speaker: Christian Chalfont is a psychotherapist and men’s work facilitator helping men step out of stoicism and into real, grounded self-understanding. Through Core Five Coaching retreats, somatic practices, and integrative therapy, he guides men through trauma, identity, purpose, and emotional regulation. He also hosts the Minds of Men podcast.
