I am back on track, rehearsing The Brothers Karamazov in Sibiu.  It is a city that successfully fuses all cultures, as well as smaller minorities such as the Roma, Slovaks and Ukrainians, to create a vibrant place.  

Before the rehearsals start, I will offer, my daily routine of mindfulness yoga. This takes place every week day at 10 am EET. (9am CET)

All Naked Fellows and  benefactors of the Naked Theatre have free access to the replays of the live sessions.

Proceeds from the sessions will be used to fund the Naked Theatre Summer Retreat.  By taking care of your body and mind, you're also supporting the Hour of Truth Artists, helping to finalise their solo at the Summer Retreat.
