In preparation for our discussion, think about the following:
Are you managing risk in all its dimensions? (Absorbing, reducing, transferring)
Do we know what the acceptable amount of risk is?
Do you have an understanding of what it would take (or has taken) to reach diminishing returns of risk reduction?
When does it make sense to choose transferring risk by purchasing cyberinsurance vs. trying to reduce it by purchasing a tool?
There are other places to put the money that don’t have anything to do with risk reduction. How do those decisions get made with the understanding of security?
It all starts at 10 AM Pacific/1 PM Eastern. At the end of the hour [11 AM Pacific/2 PM Eastern] we'll switch gears into a series of impromptu 1-on-1 five-minute meetings where everyone will be randomly paired. Nothing to prepare, we’ll do the matching.
