Join our very own Bronwen Percival, author of Reinventing the Wheel,  to taste through her selection of some of the cheeses we sell at Neal's Yard Dairy. Featuring  Brightwell Ash, Hafod, Stonebeck Wensleydale, and St Helena they are paired with sparkling, aromatized Gamay grape juice, L'antidote. 

 “I want to talk about why these cheeses are so amazing, pair them with a fun drink, and talk through some of the background behind the cheeses,” she said. “And ideally, hear back from the audience and have a conversation with them as well!”

As our Technical Director, Bronwen knows these cheeses well. She regularly visits their suppliers to select the batches we mature and sell. "These are cheeses that really epitomize some of the exciting things happening right now within the British cheese world,” she said.
