Welcome to a new theatre season — with new beginnings, new projects, and many exciting encounters yet to unfold.

This year begins with rehearsals for the Oresteia at the National Theatre in Warsaw — a journey into the dark shadows of family trauma, and into the mysterious matter that moves beneath the surface.

Before entering the intensity of the rehearsal process, I want to share my morning mindfulness ritual with the actors and collaborators and with you — to slow down, to arrive in your body and simply be present with full awareness.

You are warmly invited to join these sessions, offered on a donation basis. Give whatever feels right and possible for you. Your contribution will help me bring the Hour of Truth workshop at the yearly Summer Retreat to life.
