What is the spectrum of what we’re trying to validate?
Validation is more than checking to see if something is on. You have to actually see if your controls are working, and what are the processes to do just that?
How do you know what to prioritize/do next?
Another form of validation is being able to tell and prove to management that you’re ready for an attack at any given moment.
What have you found desperately needs the most attention for validation
What are you gaining vs. giving up when you push the organization to purple teaming?
What are the most valuable technologies in the stack to validate?
