Dr. Steven Lockley is Timeshifter's Co-founder and Chief Scientist, and with over 30 years of research experience, he is considered an international authority on circadian rhythms and sleep in humans. 

He is currently a Visiting Professor at the University of Surrey and an honorary Professor at Monash University, Australia. 

He was formerly a Neuroscientist at Brigham and Women’s Hospital, and served on the Harvard Medical School faculty for over 20 years. 

Dr Lockley has led multiple real-world interventions with proven benefits to improve safety and health in shift workers, including in doctors, nurses, police and firefighters. 

In addition to his research, Dr. Lockley works with clients such as NASA and Axiom Space Astronauts and Mission Controllers, Olympic athletes, leading sports teams and Formula 1's elite on managing jet lag, shift work, and peak performance.

Catherine is a Chief People Officer, Board Chair and one of the UK’s most experienced leaders in designing people strategies for 24/7 organisations. 

She has 30+ years of senior experience across Co-op, Marks & Spencer, Matalan, Barclays and John Lewis Partnership – including leading complex workforce transformation and turnaround. 

In her non-executive career, Catherine is Chair of the Board of National Galleries of Scotland and former Chair of The Fruitmarket Gallery in Edinburgh. 

She is a board member of Sistema Scotland.

Ben is Co-Head of Programme for Night Club, the specialist partner for better night work. Night Club delivers training, events and consultancy that strengthen health, safety and performance across night teams.

He is passionate about putting night workers' experiences at the forefront while supporting organisations to make change. 

With a background in designing and delivering social purpose programmes, he has led programmes across public health, criminal justice and public service innovation over the past fifteen years.
