So often training departments and ID practitioners are approached to develop or deliver training to an audience. The requester has already jumped to a solution, and as far as they are concerned, training is the answer. In today's podcast we will here from John Temples and his experience with just such an example.  We'll learn how John took an initial training request, turned it around to identify the true problem, and ultimately deliver a solution that helped in solving the problem.

John Temples  is a professional learning consultant/instructional designer with a passion for building relationships and learning solutions that improve performance and targeted outcomes. He has worked within several industries including steel, single use food container manufacturing, and pharmaceuticals.
