Hyperledger Fabric, the Blockchain framework supported by IBM is undergoing a major innovation with the introduction of the brand-new cloud-based IBM® Blockchain Platform which provides a managed and full-stack blockchain-as-a-service (BaaS) offering that allows you to deploy blockchain components in environments of your choice. The environment can be IBM Cloud, on-premises through IBM Cloud Private, and third-party clouds, such as Amazon Web Services (AWS).

In this webinar, we will step through the IBM Blockchain Platform in the IBM Cloud and then cover the IBM Blockchain Platform Extension for VS Code. We will show how to develop, package, and test client applications and Smart Contracts on our laptops, before pushing the code up to the IBM Blockchain Platform.

We will finally take a look at some of the successful applications in the Supply Chain space created with Blockchain.
