What does it actually mean to have a spiritual awakening? It’s not always love, light, synchronicities, and suddenly feeling connected to the universe. Sometimes it’s confusing, uncomfortable, lonely, exciting, and really fucking weird. In this webinar, we’ll talk about what a spiritual awakening can look like spiritually, mentally, physically, emotionally, and socially, including the changes that can happen in your beliefs, relationships, identity, and the way you see the world around you.

We’ll also break down some of the terminology you hear in spiritual spaces, like downloads, synchronicities, ascension, integration, ego death, energetic shifts, and more. We’ll talk about the beautiful parts, the messy parts, and how to explore these experiences without assuming every strange thing that happens must have a spiritual explanation.
